Size and Colour

For colour issue :
Computer monitors and scanners vary in their reproduction of colour. Though we strive for accuracy, all picture colours, products and swatches displayed should be regarded as approximations. The products are well known brand, so if in doubt over colour it is suggested that the customer should first check at a store.

For size confusion :
As a natural product sheepskin and traditional handicraft product is prone to stretching within the first few days of wear. If your boots are slightly too small it is recommended that you wear them for at least 24 hours and they will stretch to fit your feet. If your boots are still not the correct size after 24 hours then we will be happy to provide an exchange for you.

We provide a Chart of how our sizes convert to the international sizes, however this is an approximation only. The best way to ensure you’ll buy a correct size is to measure your bare foot length in centimeters or inches and then look in our Ugg Boots Size Chart to see which size Uggs boots will fit you best.

It is best to measure your foot to get the best fit for your Ugg Boots.Your bigger bare foot (usually your right) length measured from heel to top of the big toe.

The best way to measure your foot is to place your bare foot against the wall, use a pencil to mark the top of your toe and the bottom of your heel.

Our footware runs true to the size, if your bare foot measurements falls between the bare foot length measure on our chart then you can go either way depending on how you like to wear your footware.

Warm Tip: UGG Boots are made of high quality, genuine sheepskin with premium fleece. However, it will prone to be torn if you run into with wholly strength when you feel a bit tight.  In a Hot-sale season, sometimes, items are checked and packed when they just be made, So it is normal that there is a little strange odor when you open up your package. It will fade away after being kept in a well ventilated place for a certain time.
